Join us for a morning of holiday fun! We will be dancing & bopping away to all our favourite Easter tracks! As well as lots of arts and crafts, games and fun! A place where imaginations come alive, and children can experience the joy and magic of dance. We love to have fun, we love to use our imaginations, and we aren’t afraid to be a little silly at times too! Through all that we do, we hope to foster a long-lasting love of dance in your little one, and fill them with confidence to take on the world. Our camps are drop off and are for children aged 3-6 years old. Children do not need to attend our weekly classes to join our camps.

Our ballet bunnies move to Reception when they have a basic introduction to Ballet themes and movements. This is your little dancer’s next step to pirouetting perfection! While introducing new themes and progressing to more complex movement, our dancers get the chance to express themselves through the magic of dance; and all while encouraging wonder, joy and enchantment in every class. With the introduction of iconic ballet shows like Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Coppélia; our little dancers can immerse themselves in our themed classes every term!

Following on from our Bop’n Bears class, the next step on their journey to creativity is our Junior Bop class, for ages 5-6yrs old. These action-packed classes have an emphasis on FUN! Filled with funky dance moves, upbeat music, and plenty of attitude; this class builds on their motor skills, and encourages them to create... their own personal groove, their own personal style, and their own personal flair! Your little dancer will keep fit in a fun, upbeat class, and you will see their confidence soar. If your little dancer has an ear for that beat, make sure to bring them along and see them breakdancing to brilliance!

Our Year 2 Ballet classes are for our little dancers aged 6-7 years old. These classes stay true to the LDA philosophy of ensuring the magic of dance comes alive in our classes, in the way movements are introduced, and the way we inspire their passion for Ballet by combining class themes with world-renowned productions of Swan Lake, The Nutcracker. Cinderella and Coppélia to name a few. We are proud to offer our little dancers the opportunity to pursue a life in dance, and can offer RAD examinations to those Year 2 dancers passionate enough to take their love for Ballet further: "Our exams are recognised worldwide. They allow you to develop musicality and artistry, reward your hard work, and set goals to which you can aspire" - Royal Academy of Dance. If your Little Dancer has their sights set on the Royal Academy, speak to us today about where these classes can take your little one. From 1st to 2nd, 3rd to 4th, these classes will ensure their Ballet skills are en pointe!

Our drama cubs club classes are fuelled by adventure! We have carefully selected exercises designed to broaden your child’s imagination and ignite their creativity. Most of all our classes are designed to fill them with confidence so they are ready to take on the world! Each class combines elements of movement and music, as well as games and vocal exercises encouraging children to find their voice and speak confidently amongst their new drama friends. The real highlight of class is our adventures! Prompted by our beautifully designed letters, children will head off on heroic missions and daring explorations! Will we go to the jungle Or down under the sea? Will we board a rocket ship? Oh what will it be? No two classes are the same leaving your child wondering where will they go next! Please note: All classes aged 3+ are drop off classes. If your child is new to The Little Dance Academy we would love you to be there to experience your child’s first class! If your little dancer loves to move, this is the class to get them movin’, boppin’ and groovin’ away! Please note: All classes aged 3+ are drop off classes. Does your little dancer have happy feet? Our Baby Tap class could be the perfect fit for them! Tap is an energetic and fantastically noisy style of dance, perfect for any little dancer hoping to stomp their way to success on the dance floor. This class will have your little dancer tapping away in no time, improving their coordination and rhythm, while encouraging the development of their own creative style. This class is a great introduction to this passionate form of dance, and any dancers aged 3&4 years old are welcome. The overwhelming fun of toe tippin’ will have your little one hooked for life! Please note, whilst encouraged, tap shoes are not compulsory. Sneakers or shoes with a solid sole are perfectly fine to begin with.
