A class for children aged 2.5 years and up, designed as the perfect prelude to learning a musical instrument. We introduce singing scales and intervals, clapping rhythms and key musical terminology. Children will enjoy opera quality singing, use of child-sized drums, castanets and maracas, live cello, violin, viola or piano accompaniment and of course guest stars like a saxophonist, harpist and more. Children must be a minimum age of 2 years and 7 months on or before the first day of term. We ask each child is accompanied by an adult who participates actively with their child through out the class. This is an interactive class between adult and child. Each child and adult pair will be allocated a full set of instruments to use exclusively for the duration of the class. We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your class, and you wait to be invited in to allow us to clean thoroughly. As always, instruments will be sanitised before and after class.

Our Baby Music Class is suitable for children aged 6 months - 20 months old. We aim to provide a solid foundation and love of music in all children, in a nurturing environment. Join us for a classically based music class for children aged 6 months and up. Children and adults enjoy opera quality singing, use of child-sized drums, castanets and maracas, live cello, violin, viola or piano accompaniment and of course guest stars like a saxophonist, and more. A classically based music class for children aged 19 months and up. We aim to provide a solid foundation and love of music in all children, in a nurturing environment. This focuses on developing motor skills, keeps active bodies moving and prepares children for the Preschool Class. Children will enjoy opera quality singing, use of child-sized drums, castanets and maracas, live cello, violin, viola or piano accompaniment and of course guest stars like a saxophonist, harpist and more. Little London's program is designed for adults and children to enjoy together, so we ask all accompanying adults to join in the fun! More active than our Baby Classes, this class is most suitable for toddlers who are able to walk confidently unaided. We do not allow mobile phones in any class.

A class for children aged 4 years and up or by invitation, this class is recommended for children who have completed a minimum 3 terms of our Preschool class. Designed as the perfect preulde to learning a musical instrument, children read rhythmic notation and recognise intervals. All classes are taught by classically trained singers and alternative between violin, cello, viola and piano accompaniment, with special guests from the orchestra. Children must be a minimum of 4 years by the first day of term or have been invited to join the class. We ask that all accompanying adults remain participate with their child through out the class. All siblings attending are required to be booked in, the number of adults accompanying should not exceed the number of children booked and we ask that you please don't bring any extra guests. We do not allow mobile phones in any class.
