The most chilling time of the year is upon us... Join us this Christmas for a twisted yuletide celebration that will send shivers down your spine and leave you with a wicked grin. Gather your friends and family for a Christmas like no other as you witness the ghastly delights of our historic characters and experience the spine-tingling tales of London's past as they intertwine with the holiday spirit. If you make it out of the depths of the Dungeon, then head to the Tavern where the festivities continue. Here, you can toast to your adventure with a selection of Christmas cocktails (or mocktails for you underage peasants), specially crafted to raise your spirits, including Mrs Lovett’s Mistletoe Martini, Death By Christmas and Tipsy Elf Punch. • Entry to the London Dungeon at your chosen time slot • Includes a selection of Christmas cocktails of your choice in our Tavern • Option of mocktails available for underage guests What is The London Dungeon? The London Dungeon is a uniquely thrilling attraction that will whisk you way back to the capital's most perilous past. See, hear and (ahem!) smell the chillingly amusing characters of the 'bad old days' as they come to life before you. The Descent - Join our resident Lift Jester as you begin your descent into the Dungeon via our medieval lift. This cheerful rascal will prepare you for 1,000 years of hysterically horrible history. It all starts here, guv'na! Hear the grinding cogs and chains as the winches strain on your way down. If you're lucky, you'll arrive safely at the river docks of the Thames but if you're not...well, we dread to to think. Conspirators walk - The Gun Powder plot is nearly afoot and there are traitors everywhere… A servant to one of the central conspirators in the Gunpowder Plot wants to rock the foundations of this country, ridding ourselves once and for all of King James and his Government! Will you help them? Guy Fawkes' Gunpowder Plot - Beyond the city gates you enter a dark, rat-infested tunnel that winds back beneath the city of London. Dare you proceed? Of course you do, you've come to the London Dungeon! Not only are you brave and of higher than average intelligence, you're good looking. Of course you dare. The Torturer Chamber - Abandon all hope, as you find yourself in the Torture Chamber. The Torturer is looking for 'volunteers'. Anyone need a good stretch? Let's be honest. The Torturer is a craftsman... at least they use tools. Also, they are very practically minded and LOVES to teach - usually by demonstration. Pest House - Some of you may make it out alive, others…may not be so lucky You’ve strolled along the stinking streets of London in 1665 with death and disease surrounding you, but it’s not only the plague you’ve got to survive... The Plague Doctor - It's 1665 and the Black Plague is rife. Wander down the winding muddy alley past houses with red crosses, rotting bodies and black rats.
