About Toni Osborne Yoga
With nearly two decades of experience, Toni loves to offer sequences which allow students to experiment and enjoy how their unique bodies move through different phases of their lives and is known by students as being knowledgeable yet kind and approachable whilst delivering dynamic classes which reflect her playful spirit.
The underlying focus is to build strength physically and mentally to enrich the experience of our daily busy lives.
Since giving birth to Alexander in 2016, Toni has been incredibly passionate about providing supportive vinyasa pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes which are known for being safe yet very dynamic.
She is a Pre and Postnatal corrective exercise specialist and teaches Vinyasa, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga from her home garden yoga studio in Forest Hill.
She offers privates and corporate classes subject to availability.
Expect to receive quality, up to date instruction aimed at helping you understand how your unique body can enjoy movement.
Live streamed online yoga classes are taught via zoom and in person.

If you'd like to learn ways to aid your postnatal healing safely from the inside out, learn specific corrective movements to release tension based upon where you feel it, balance muscle composition to ensure optimal joint alignment, (great posture) whilst improving strength physically as well as mentally, then this is the course for you!
When we reconnect to ourselves and feel amazing in our new bodies, this improves our confidence and energy.
We will practice together in small groups in an underfloor heated studio in SE23 once a week on Thursdays at 12 noon for 60 minutes per class.
Students can bring their own mats but all other props are provided and the studio cleaned each evening.
There are two bouncers and some toys but please bring things your baby enjoys playing with or lying on.
The classes are small groups of four to ensure personal attention and progress.
You will also receive a pre recorded course of classes to choose from to supplement your weekly in person practice.
You will get the option to choose what you practice on the days we're not together because I know as a mama, everyday is different.
Somedays we need to release tension so we can be present for our family and on the days we've slept well and have the energy its great to have a safe, fun way of challenging ourselves with a longer flow.
These classes will help you create short pockets of time for yourself, to reconnect to the new you in an enjoyable, safe, sustainable way. You decide what you need to practice, when and in the warmth of your own home.
Classes are grouped into sections and are for all levels. Foundations - Pelvic Floor Healing Breath Stretch & Release - Balance the Nervous System - Strengthen - Corrective Alignment - Strengthening Drills - Baby focused Flow - Guided Meditations - Yoga Nidra - Its recommended women begin gentle movement after six weeks and their midwife, doctor or pelvic health specialist says it's safe to do so.
Only begin when you really feel ready.
A pregnancy class sequenced to support new mothers nervous system, strength, mobility and confidence in our changing bodies.
Learning helpful tools and techniques for every stage of this wonderful but sometimes challenging journey.
We'll learn many techniques to minimise aches and pains, feel strong physically and breathing techniques and guided meditations to ease anxiety, insomnia to feel relaxed and mentally prepared.
This class will either be practiced in the covered garden, we do have large parasols and cover but please bring warm layers or in the colder months we'll head into the studio with underfloor heating.
Please bring your own yoga mat to place on top of mine, all other props are provided and will be sanitised after each class.
Toni’s classes are carefully sequenced to strengthen and stretch out tension around the neck and shoulders to realign the spine to allow us to breathe more deeply whilst reconnecting to the deepest layers of the core and pelvic floor.
Toni honestly believes we can be much stronger mentally and physically after having our babies.
When we breathe properly, we have much more energy and a balanced nervous system.
We incorporate constant, steady breathing whilst strengthening the whole body through a safe flowing Vinyasa-style practice (which the babies find naturally hypnotic and enjoyable), focusing on the pelvic floor, TVA, obliques, anterior and posterior core and always finishing with much-needed and loved relaxation.
It’s a wonderful way to meet other mothers and babies making lasting new friendships.
It is important to rest and bond with your baby until 6 weeks after birth. When you have consulted your doctor and are ready to return to practice we provide postnatal classes which are suitable for mothers with or without baby.
A Vinyasa yoga class which is steady paced flowing from one posture to the next whilst linking the breath.
Stretching and releasing tension whilst building strength.
This class will boost the circulation, energy levels and posture.
A great lunchtime pick me up.
When its warmer we head into the covered garden!
