Award Winning Baby and Toddler classes including Massage, Yoga, Baby Signing, Music, Physical play and Sensory play EVERY week! We run 4 classes specially designed to meet the needs of your babies and toddlers at different stages BABY TRANQUIL – BIRTH TO 4 MONTHS A 5 week course to connect with your little one and take care of your own wellbeing. Each week we focus on a different topic including gratitude, wellbeing and mindfulness. With breathing techniques, sensory activities and a guided mediation each week. BABY DEVELOPMENT COURSE-BIRTH TO 6 MONTHS A 6 week course where you can learn fun ways to interact and communicate with your new baby. Activities include massage, yoga, music, sign language, sensory play, tummy time and calming techniques. Also a great place to meet other new mums and babies too. DISCOVERY TOTS - 10 WEEKS TO 9 MONTHS Designed to stimulate, delight and boost the development of all of baby's senses. This fun interactive class includes yoga based movement, music, sensory play, sign language and much more. SOCIAL TOTS – 9 MONTHS TO 3 YRS Once your little one is on the move they will want to explore, make friends, and play, play, play! At the fun-filled world of Social Tots they will find all this and more. ACTION TOTS – 2.5YRS TO 4 YRS The perfect follow on class for your pre-schooler to learn new skills including balance, co-ordianton and confidence. Each class will focus around a physical circuit, balance bikes and further learning opportunities. About Baby Development Course

 Tots Play’s Baby Development course is designed especially for our youngest babies and provides new parents with a range of skills and activity ideas to give their baby a head start in life.

Running over six weeks the course includes:

· Baby Massage – A simple routine to help you calm, connect and communicate with your baby which includes specific strokes to help relieve colic and digestive problems.

· Baby Yoga – Stretches, poses and movements to both stimulate and soothe baby, and a great way to have fun together.

· Baby Sign Language – How to start using signs to aid communication with your baby.

· Effective Ways to use Songs and Rhymes – Introducing the benefits of music and movement.

· Play Activities to Boost Sensory and Body Awareness – Using a variety of everyday items to aid learning.

· Tummy Time Techniques – Why tummy time is important and how to make it more effective and fun.

· Cuddles, Smiles, Bubbles and Lots of Fun!

Classes run for around 50 minutes and are friendly and relaxed, with a maximum of ten babies (plus mum or dad!) per course.

To ensure you get the most out of the course you will receive a full-colour workbook, giving details of all the techniques and activity ideas covered at each session, plus background information on each of the topics.

You will also receive a Free Music Download containing a selection of the songs used during the course and a bottle of massage oil so that you can practice both massage and yoga at home with your little one.
