Looking for something to do with your child(ren) during the week? Want to meet other like-minded families? On Tuesdays and Thursdays we facilitate a two hour session of sensory play and wild exploration in the Conservation Area of Ravenscourt Park. Come along, parent or carer, with your little one(s), to meet other local families also interested in a bit of wild. Expect mud kitchens and nature-based crafts - each week will be a little different!

Join us in the wood for an immersive summer of creativity and exploration as we embark on a journey of discovery of Forest School-inspired crafting sessions. Each day brings a new adventure and theme for your child to delve into, utilising natural materials and picking up some unique skills. For children aged 5-11 years old from 9:30 - 15:30 every day! Ways of the Wild's mission is to reconnect city folk with nature through events and workshops. We are based in London, conjuring up adventures for adults, children and our wonderful WotW community throughout the year, all the whilst addressing unequal access to outdoor education and exploration in cities

Together we will turn the forest into a temporary village. Learn knots, make pegs and hoist up cloths, blankets and sails to form our kingdom. Let us feast under the camp of our creation! Tucked away in a corner of Ravenscourt Park, Ways of the Wild is back with another family picnic to gather like-minded folks to share laughter, skills and food! We welcome you to join us for another afternoon of making and creating - this time, doing one of our favourite activities: den building! Let's find those wonderful moments of free-flowing creation, assisted by some very nice knots - that we'll teach you - to expand your den master abilities. In the hopeful heat of August, together we will transform Ravensnook wood into a temporary village, a kingdom of tents and lairs, and watch how the imaginative play follows.
