Ways of the Wild's mission is to reconnect city folk with nature through events and workshops. We are based in London, conjuring up adventures for adults, children and our wonderful WotW community throughout the year, all the whilst addressing unequal access to outdoor education and exploration in cities. About Den Building Community Picnic

 Together we will turn the forest into a temporary village.

Learn knots, make pegs and hoist up cloths, blankets and sails to form our kingdom.

Let us feast under the camp of our creation!

Tucked away in a corner of Ravenscourt Park, Ways of the Wild is back with another family picnic to gather like-minded folks to share laughter, skills and food!

We welcome you to join us for another afternoon of making and creating - this time, doing one of our favourite activities: den building!

Let's find those wonderful moments of free-flowing creation, assisted by some very nice knots - that we'll teach you - to expand your den master abilities.

In the hopeful heat of August, together we will transform Ravensnook wood into a temporary village, a kingdom of tents and lairs, and watch how the imaginative play follows.
