Our Rivers Adventurous Bodies session is suitable for children aged 6-18 months. They are so much more capable than we give them credit for so these sessions allow your fearless little flowing RIVERS the space to explore on their own terms, encouraging their growing independence, giving them motivation to move. Though continuing with familiar themes and activities, our RIVERS sessions become more interactive and, in alignment with our child-led approach, open up new realms of self-expression and exploration. In the YEMAYA community, sitting still and on laps is not a must so, if they want, let them roam! Let the RIVERS run free. £10 per session £10 for twins

Our Oceans for Steady an Ready Bodies Sessions are suitable for children aged 18 months - 4 years. Jumping (literally) into a new chapter of childhood where us grown-ups can really see the depth and wonder within these little beings, our OCEANS sessions are an opportunity to challenge those magnificent brains and bodies with their innate musicality, expression and artistic nature. We continue with familiar songs and activities but with more autonomy for the child, as they deepen their self-awareness and confidence. We use physical art, singing, playing, moving, complex language, body percussion and more! £10 per session £10 for twins

Our RAINDROPS New & Curious Bodies class is suitable for children from newborn to pre-crawlers The beginning of this stage is considered the fourth trimester so sessions aim to support that deepening physical and emotional bond while providing stimulation and opportunity for your inquisitive RAINDROPS to discover themselves, their bodies, you and the world around them. We focus on all the senses (did you know there are more than five?!), exploring sounds, textures, colours, shapes, movement, strengthening sight, muscles, core, cognition and connection. £10 per session £10 for twins
