A fun class for children aged 10-18 months. By this age, most children are moving: walking or soon to be. Whether “vertical” or “horizontal”, children now have the ability to explore their environment and, in the process, can learn to problem solve, take risks and establish a sense of independence. They are also beginning to speak, enjoy being around other children and can start following simple directions. A fun class for children aged 3-4 year olds. During this class thee children will be taking part in: - Socialisation activities teach children how to function in a group, listen and follow directions, communicate with others, share, and take turns. - Activities focused on emotional development build comfort in a group (without the parent), encourage risk taking and help children deal with success and failure. - “Circuit” format ensures continual movement and minimizes waiting. Looking to start cheerleading? Come and join Ultimate Cheer! We run a weekly adult development class thats perfect for those of you wanting to start cheerleading or level up your cheer skills! Its low commitment and a great opportunity to progress to higher levels Classes start from September and will run every Wednesday 6:45pm-8:15pm (term time only). A fun class for children aged 19-30 months. Children in this age group are on the move: quicker, stronger and faster. They’re ready to learn more complex movements in the “vertical world”: introductory sports skills, locomotor skills with perceptual challenges, jumping off raised platforms onto their feet, creative movement challenges, and beginning tumbling skills. These toddlers also begin to develop a greater understanding of “self ” and experience feelings of pride, confidence, embarrassment, and independence. They are also becoming great users of language, speaking and understanding more clearly. Our acro classes combine the art of dance with the athleticism of gymnastics and tricks. We offer classes for children ages 3-16 who are interested in developing their skills in a fun and safe environment. Our experienced and certified instructors use proven techniques to teach students proper form, technique, and skill progression. Our goal is to help each student reach their full potential while building their confidence and creativity. With the combination of gymnastics, tumbling and dance, these classes are a great way to work on confidence, coordination, flexibility and gymnastic skills. Tricks involve learning how to perform stunts such as flips and cartwheels, with focus on developing strength and flexibility, which are essential for both dance and acrobatics.

A fun class for children aged 4-10 months. At this age, the average infant has an awareness of their environment: noises, music, people, etc. Their brain is developing at an extremely fast rate, taking in and processing massive amounts of information. Children at this age first learn how to roll from the back to tummy and begin pushing their chest from the ground (4 -6 months), try to crawl (7 -9 months), and enter the pre- walking phase (10- 12 months). Alongside these developmental milestones, infants attempt fine motor movements such as reaching and grasping for objects, waving and clapping. Please contact The Little Gym for a full price list.

Holiday Club is open to boys and girls of all abilities between the age 4 - 14. You do not need to be a club member! During the main camp, gymnasts work in groups split based on age and rotate around all equipment in the gym. The day is filled with fun, games and lots of gymnastics! Our coaches are well equipped to work with gymnasts of all abilities, ensuring that all children feel part of the group and that there is something for everyone. To help break up the session, we incorporate fun games and challenges which help the gymnasts get to know each other but also give them a slight break from their hard work. EARLY BIRD 9 - 10am - £5 extra Need to go to work earlier? Why not book in for the early bird where your children can take part in arts and crafts for an hour before the main camp. After the main camp we will be setting up our giant cinema screen and showing age appropriate short movies for an hour. If this isn't for your child there will be a selection of board games to play as well!
