Whipped Up! follows Dottie, an eager-to-please 50’s-style diner server on their first day on the job – where the baby is the customer, and caregivers are along for the ride. As the server waits on their “demanding” clientele (imagine babies doing what babies do best – creating adorable chaos!) the server grows increasingly frazzled – and more and more entertaining! Stimulating for tiny audience members with sensory play served up throughout the show, and hilarious for parents/adults watching their loved ones take on roles in an unfolding comedy. Watford Palace Theatre is producing the UK tour of Whipped Up! Available to book in spring 2025. Under the tuition of our award-winning filmmakers, students on the Four Day Film School embark on a whistle-stop tour of film’s origins and history: they learn screen acting, writing, editing, camerawork and even fight choreography – before they get out there and do it for themselves. Everyone has a chance to develop his or her own role and no one escapes without saying “Action!” Finally, after four action-packed days, the cast and crew will have completed their movies. Will the wonderful Wizard of Oz be able to help them before the Wicked Witch of the West captures them in her dungeon? Chickenshed is back at The Questors Theatre for more family fun! Welcome to Planet Play, a magical world of sensory learning, wonder and exploration, for babies and toddlers aged 0-3 years. These 45 minute sessions will encourage young children to develop and explore the world around them through song, music, movement and a truly sensory experience Please note: Seating will be a mix of conventional unreserved seats and mats on the floor. Everyone will be encouraged to sit on the mats if possible so they’re closer to the action and can interact with the performers.
