This beginner parent & me, ballet and gym class is suitable for children aged 2-3 years old with their parents.

Our Preparatory Tap class is a 15-minute add-on class taking place after primary ballet lessons in every one of our locations, this 15min class is the perfect little introduction to tap dancing. Angelina Jandolo Dance school teaches tap classes for children in London, with weekly term-time lessons across venues in the South East and East of the city, including Greenwich, Blackheath and Eltham. Both beginner and intermediate children’s lessons are currently available to book. Our tap teachers have all trained professionally in internationally-renowned dance schools and conservatoires, going on to perform at national and international levels. Your children will be welcome no matter how new they are to tap dancing, and will progress at a steady pace through IDTA-syllabus exams (although there is not obligation to take them – it’s up to you and your kids!) Classes are built to help students progress, but are challenging too: both complete beginners and those with existing experience will learn and grow as tap dancers while learning to dance in a group while making new friends.

Hip Hop / Street Dance is one of the coolest dance styles out there. Within the class the teacher uses the most current music to inspire the children to dance to from artists such as Justin Timberlake & Beyonce to Stormy and Billie Eilish. Whether your child is a beginner or a little more advanced, our Street Dance classes are tailored to accommodate and are taught by out friendly, professional dance instructors. Classes will start with a warm up before moving into basic dance moves. Teaching the students the basics of rhythm & coordination. Then moving on at a natural pace adding tore technique as the student builds confidence. This Street Dance & Hip Hop class is suitable for children aged 6-8 years old.

Our weekly classes are ideal for kids who want to learn ballet, meet new friends, and learn the importance of discipline in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our Ballet classes will also help them improve their confidence and their creativity. There will also be opportunities for children to take part in official RAD examinations as well as competitions later in the year to challenge themselves. Competitions and exams are not compulsory, and children will be entered only if they wish to & once they are ready! Fun classes are organised such as Halloween Theme, Christmas Theme classes and much more… Please note that the age is an indication only and children will be placed in the correct class according to their abilities & level of ballet. Term bookings only.

Dance, play and move with imagination. This informal class is an opportunity for children to build their confidence, creativity and have fun learning movement with others. Experiment with fun dance exercises, creating their own routines or playfully make-up dance routines as they go. They will be supported and guided by our friendly, professional and experienced dance teachers every step, hop and leap of the way. The classes are broadly focused on contemporary dance, but each teacher will bring their own inspirations and styles to the class providing a truly unique experience. Discover new types of music while learning how connected music and movement can be. This class will be accompanied by energising live guitarist Matteo Grassi.

Toddle Toes is our middle age group, who are just finding their feet! From walkers to 2.5 years. The class follows a set structure, which helps our toddlers to understand the class and even anticipate what comes next! We use fun props, a wide variety of music and we really get them moving. The goal for this class it to build confidence, develop listening and communication skills and, of course, tire them out for you! It is so rewarding to see their confidence develop each week, until they are brave enough to run into the middle and twirl all by themselves! Please note there is a one-off £10 registration fee, which includes your Tappy Toes t-shirt Three week trial £22 - Trial classes must be taken consecutively from the date of booking and are non-refundable

NEW EXCITING CAMP (ideal for Swifties!) Taylor Swift-inspired Summer Workshop Join in the fun and learn some skills at Dakoda’s Dance Academy in our immersive performing arts camps! Our exceptional DDA workshops are designed for children to have fun and hone skills they already have and learn some new ones! All through dance, singing & drama. The camp is full of immersive activities inspired by the groundbreaking icon such as learning choreography inspired by her performances, and drawing inspiration from the lyrics in her songs to develop their acting skills. All the classes are delivered by our passionate and experiences "Swifteachers". Whether or not they keep on practising the performing arts, their memories will be cherished and the skills learnt will be used throughout their lives. All our workshops are fun! Learners are gaining coordination, confidence, creativity, musicality, increased concentration levels, and much more! £400 for the whole camp (4 days) or £120 per day (6 hours)

Our Street Dance classes bring out a huge amount of talent, technique and enthusiasm in their students, and teach street dance to modern music. A lot of children learning ballet technique enjoy relaxing with street dance as an additional style to master, others prefer to focus solely on street as their dance style of choice! Each of our friendly and enthusiastic dance teachers have trained professionally and performed ballet, contemporary and street dance at national and international levels. Street dance lessons are taught to a particularly high standard, structured around choreography that will help your child’s technique, comprehension and ability. Both complete beginners and those with existing dance experience will learn and evolve their technique through structured terms of dance lessons. This Street Dance class is suitable for children aged 7+.

Classes are delivered by friendly professional teachers who deliver this non-stop energy-packed class that will have your little one’s confidence soaring. Social skills, self-awareness, awareness of others, sharing, taking turns and many other important development lifelong skills are implemented. We use lots of different props to enhance the fun, and parents or carers can be as involved as much or little as their child wants or needs. Our Beginner Ballet Classes are suitable for children aged 3-4 years old.
