Mega Kickers is the culmination of the preceding age groups and is suitable for children aged 5yrs – 7.5yrs old. It brings together all the skills learnt and introduces them to real football matches. Children continue to develop their social and cognitive skills as well as honing their football skills, putting them to use at the end of each session during the 20-minute match. There is a focus on fair play, as well as a focus on knowledge, understanding and practical application of the rules of play. Classes run on a rolling monthly billing cycle (*plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts).

At the Pleasing Dance School of Ballet we provide high quality professionally led classes for children and teenagers, promoting confidence, poise and a love of dance through a nurturing environment. This Grade 4 Ballet class is suitable for children aged 12-14 years old.

Toddle Toes is our middle age group, who are just finding their feet! From walkers to 2.5 years. The class follows a set structure, which helps our toddlers to understand the class and even anticipate what comes next! We use fun props, a wide variety of music and we really get them moving. The goal for this class it to build confidence, develop listening and communication skills and, of course, tire them out for you! It is so rewarding to see their confidence develop each week, until they are brave enough to run into the middle and twirl all by themselves! Key Features: - Children play independently of their parent/guardian - 50-minute class - Weekly classes - Two coaches for up to 18 children (max) - Each new starter receives a football kit - 8 unique badges to collect across the Mega Kickers programme Progressive Challenges and Matches More touches on the ball lead to faster and greater skill gain. Every child has their own ball throughout the session and our games are specifically designed for maximum touches of the ball. The games are progressively challenging enabling new skills to be learnt each lesson, however children are able to work within their ability. Children become more competitive at this age and are taught to challenge themselves and one another. The match becomes the climax of the session and is the perfect outlet for channelling children’s competitive energy as well as transferring their skills into a real world situation. FUNdamentals & Badge Certification Mega Kickers teaches the fundamentals of football in a fun learning environment through a series of games using our tried and tested structure. Our Mega Kickers receive quarterly badges which highlight the key physical, cognitive and football skills they are exposed to in our programme. Our Little Kickers absolutely love showing their badges to their teammates and family!

Junior Kickers builds on the foundation skills and football basics learnt in Little Kicks. Using a familiar structure, children are challenged both physically and mentally. For those children who started in Little Kicks, independent participation is encouraged. If your child has just joined us you may need to stay close-by for a few weeks, but the ultimate goal is for children to be able to participate on their own. The format remains learning through play and because children are allowed to work to their own ability, it is suitable for complete beginners. Play and games are at the heart of everything we do. Our games cleverly disguise the learning aspect so the children just think they are playing. The more the children enjoy the games, the more they participate. This enjoyment leads to greater confidence, which in turn leads to self-initiated participation and independent play. Junior Kickers teaches the fundamentals of football in a fun learning environment through a series of games using our tried and tested structure. Our Junior Kickers receive quarterly badges which highlight the key physical, cognitive and football skills they are exposed to in our programme. Our Little Kickers absolutely love showing their badges to their teammates and family!

Our Mighty Kickers classes are suitable for children aged 3.5yrs - 5yrs old. Mighty Kickers are confident with boundless energy and this is catered for in the lesson plans. Our games are fast-paced and increasingly football-focused, with fun still at the heart, meaning that even new starters easily pick them up. Children begin to understand the importance of team play and matches are gradually introduced. Classes are £41 per month and run on a rolling monthly billing cycle (*plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts of £20.00).

A LADYBIRDS CLASS (3-4yrs) covering motor skill development. During the session trained coaches will follow the RUGGERBUGS programme ensuring that your child participates in age-appropriate activities. For children aged 3.5 years onwards the basics of Tag Rugby and core values of rugby are gently introduced with the emphasis of FUN still very much at the heart of the session. RUGGERBUGS understands the importance of learning through repetition, so the activities and equipment have been specifically designed to support this learning process and build self-esteem. Important “skills4life” are gently introduced to begin developing your child’s language, communication, listening skills and building self-esteem. The session also allows for your child to start interacting with other children of the same age. Trained coaches are on hand to explain, encourage and support with the activities. At the end of each session your Child will receive a weekly Sidney Sticker to collect and stick on their Sidney Sticker Chart. As class numbers grow the sessions will be divided into relevant age group sessions and times. As your child progress through the RUGGERBUGS “Head Start” Programme they will achieve “SIDNEY SKILL AWARDS” in line with the programme structure and criteria. These will be assessed and monitored at the end of each term and allow a smooth transition into the next class when your child is ready.

Acro is a style of that combines gymnastics and tumbling, while tricks involve learning how to perform stunts such as flips and cartwheels. Our gymnastics classes focus on developing strength and flexibility, which are essential for both dance and acrobatics. Our classes are designed to be challenging yet fun, and we aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for your child to learn and grow. We believe that every child has the potential to be a great dancer, and we work hard to help them achieve their goals.

Our Scoundrels sessions are suitable for children aged 3.5-5 years old. These sessions are packed with fun games that work on multi-tasking skills and confidence building to challenge them physically and mentally. We also bring in the concept of working together as a team.
