A nurturing Postnatal Yoga class combined with baby yoga practises, suitable for Mum's and their babies up to 14 months old.
Great opportunity to relax, recuperate, regain strength and meet other mums while babies enjoy and benefit from having a nice stretch, gentle strokes with songs and rhymes in a safe environment.
