Caterpillars is the perfect introduction to dancing, hopefully building a love for it early on. We work towards our first balletic movements such as galloping, twirling, being on tiptoes, jumping, etc., while also dancing with lots of props for fun, engagement and sensory education. We also practice some early disciplines like sitting on our spot, waiting for our turn or tidying up our props after we have used them. Classes are £5 each - You can pay for a one-off trial first before committing to a half term or term.
