We believe it is never too late to be a ballerina, so if you are 4, 18 or 60, please come sweat & sparkle with EnoDanse in the class of your choice! We make sure that our classes are inclusive to everyone, so everyone can learn at their own pace, but in a fun environment!  Our Silver Swans class is suitable for adults aged 55+ or anyone wanting to release their inner swan!

This is the perfect class for anyone wishing to keep fit and active thanks to the great benefits of ballet!

This class has been designed for the over 55’s, but you can join in the fun at any age if you think this class is what you need! And of course, Silver Foxes are welcome too!
