About Kettlebell S&C
Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.
The basic movements, such as the swing, snatch, and the clean and jerk, engage the entire body at once, and in a way that mimics real fighting movements.
Kettlebell exercises are in their nature holistic; therefore they work several muscles simultaneously and may be repeated continuously for several minutes or with short breaks.
This combination makes the exercise partially aerobic and more similar to high-intensity interval training rather than to traditional weight lifting.

Our memberships offer flexibility for you to be able to train across all our disciplines, you can stick to just one, or train in MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling as your schedule allows. We have classes from 06:30 am till 20:00 7 days a week!
We offer 10% discount for students and NHS and 10% discount for joint memberships for members of the same household.
Our joining fee is £25 and includes our martial arts insurance so you can rest assured that you are training safely.
