This Muay Thai Family and Children class is suitable for parents and their children 4+ to spend some time learning Muay Thai together. Muay Thai (Thai boxing) is a combat sport native to Thailand which uses stand up striking along with various clinching techniques. it is known as 'the art of 8 limbs' and is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. You can get your endorphin to fix six days a week with our packed Muay Thai training timetable. Each class offers something different, whether it be intense cardio, technical drills, pure padwork or sparring, coaches Samy and Ryan, both experienced fighters, will have you dripping with sweat and coming back for more. Train just for fun and fitness, or get ready for competition. Our Muay Thai team is regularly dominating on London's interclub scene and amateur MMA scene.
