I am a midwife and mother to three beautiful boys.
I offer face-to-face hypnobirthing classes following The Birth Uprising ethos.
I believe that hypnobirthing is for all people, all births.
My courses offer the chance to meet other pregnant people and to learn in a group environment alongside your birth partner.
Additional to the course, I provide resources and support through Whatsapp and Facebook groups, these continue even when the course has finished.
After baby is born you will have the chance to attend buggy walks and coffee meet ups.

This Hypnobirthing could will help you to change the way you feel about birth, leaving you feeling calm and confident in your bodies abilities.You get so much more than a normal hypnobirthing course for your money!
What's included:
- 4 x 2.5 hours of Hypnobirthing (in a maximum group size of 4 couples only)
- A copy of The Birth Uprising Digital Pack recorded by Jade & Alix, Founders of TBU
- A free online baby massage course for when your baby arrives (pre-recorded)
- Videos on yoga, babywearing and starting solids.
- A tote bag brimming with gifts on arrival
- Tailor-made resources to help you prepare for birth
- Postnatal support via our community
- Ad Hoc Coffee mornings, buggy walks, sling walks and picnics
You will also be added to our Facebook community group where you can socialise with local parents that we have taught and can tell you they are amazing as well as being added to a WhatsApp group so you can get to know your new gang before your course even begins.
