Maternally Fit offer both pregnancy and postnatal exercise classes in London and Surrey. The classes are led by a Physiotherapist and are 1 hour long. They include a cardio section, followed by toning exercises for the key muscle groups affected during pregnancy including the pelvic floor. Our instructors can tailor each class to meet you exercise levels if you are a keen exerciser or just starting out wanting to be more active. About Islington Pregnancy Exercise Class

Award-winning physiotherapist led exercise class. Including dynamic cardiovascular warm up, strengthening and focus on pelvic floor exercises.

Maternally Fit run Pregnancy and Post Natal classes both online and in studios across London and Surrey. Our classes are led by Physiotherapists with specialist training in pregnancy and the post natal period.

Our classes are appropriate for both the novice and experienced exerciser, and each class will be individually tailored to your fitness needs and abilities.

Classes include both cardio-vascular fitness and strength training. The pregnancy classes are based around the use of either a gym ball or standing and hand weights and the post natal classes utilise a resistance band to begin gentle toning. Clips of our classes can be seen on our Instagram account (MaternallyFit_).

Classes have a particular focus on core stability and pelvic floor training – the muscles which help to support your baby as you grow during pregnancy.

To enable Maternally Fit to give you the highest level of care, we take detailed information about many aspects of your pregnancy and birth and continue to monitor you throughout your time with us.

To enable you to get the most out of our program, we expect members to aim to attend weekly. Classes are pre-booked and pre-paid.

Our ultimate goal is for you to have a happy, healthy pregnancy and post natal period.
