We dive into the world of enormous stone figures, the reclining figures created by English artist, Moore. His iconic statues stand, proud and beautifully smooth on Hampstead Heath and the Southbank in London. We will make drawings using charcoal & chalk to try to capture the shapes and lines of these immense beings. We experiment with wire, plaster, card and clay to create our own reclining figure.
