About

Family studios are supported by Jeanne and William Callanan Construct a familiar scene at this workshop for families. At this Family Studio, artist Eva Jonas will draw inspiration from our Architecture Window exhibition. She'll invite you to experiment with various construction techniques using cardboard, wooden dowels, and blocks to create models that hold a scene you see regularly — from your bedroom, school, or bus window. Our family studio programme is a series of monthly art-making workshops that are drop-in and open to families with children of all ages. These sessions can be incredibly popular. We run a first come, first served system. You may be asked to wait, or return later. We try to accommodate everyone while ensuring the space doesn't become overcrowded.
