SAADI Gymnastics was established in 1975. Originally specialising in women’s artistic, the club opened up a Recreational Club in 2015 in order to offer gymnastics to everyone in the local area. We run classes for both boys and girls and have squads in both the competitive and recreational classes. We also have recently added drop in classes and parent/toddler preschool classes to our time table. Our vision is to make gymnastics available to everyone in the local area of Harpenden, St Albans and Redbourn. We believe that the skills learnt from gymnastics can help both the physical and mental strength of our members and benefit them not just in the gym but out in the world as well.

About Recreational Gymnastics for Girls, 8-10 yrs

 This is our mainstream class and most likely the first option for your child. This session is suitable for girls aged 8-10yrs.

We follow the National Gymnastics Award Scheme which is designed to help and support coaches and teachers to develop physical literacy and gymnastics skills in the most efficient and effective way whilst encouraging the sense of motivation, challenge and achievement in the young gymnast.

Gymnasts have their own awards scheme record book and work towards goals from Little Gem right through to Advanced.

Classes are charged as a termly fee payable in full.

All members must have British Gymnastics membership which is available through our club.
