About Adult Aerial

 Strengthen the core and upper body muscles whilst having fun!

This class will give adults the opporunity to leaarn acrobatic moves on silks, hoop and trapeze, and improve your strength and fitness.

The class begins with a gentle aerobic warm up and stretching and strengthening, followed by exercises to work on muscle tone, strength and confidence.
