This promises to be a fun-packed workshop, where we explore gardens with our pens and paintbrush, before getting our hands in soil to sow some seeds and propagate a plant. We start in the Conservatoire Garden, learning how to draw plants from observation before painting mini gardens onto pots. We will fill our pots with soil and sow some seeds and plants. Finally have some fun creating plant characters with their own story for a joyful finale. Skills explored include drawing from observation and imagination, gaining gardening knowledge and delighting in storytelling. You’ll leave with a new plant to look after and instructions of how to keep it alive. Weather dependent, plans may change slightly if it rains!
