About Jets (Advanced Plus)
This class is for children who have attained a high degree of skill and are up for a challenge to take their gymnastics to the next level.Conditioning and strength activities are incorporated, many of which require group cooperation and teamwork.
During this class your child will follow on the following skills:
Tumbling:
- Backwards roll to handstand
- Back tuck somersault
- Forward walkover
- Straddle lever to handstand
- Handstand 360 degree pirouette
Beam:
- Backwards walkover on the high beam
- Handstand to forward roll on the high beam
- Jump and leap combinations
Bar:
- Stride circles
- Glide kip mount
- Cast to handstand
A fun class for children aged 6-12 Year Olds. (Advanced Plus Class)
