About
Toni’s classes are carefully sequenced to strengthen and stretch out tension around the neck and shoulders to realign the spine to allow us to breathe more deeply whilst reconnecting to the deepest layers of the core and pelvic floor.
Toni honestly believes we can be much stronger mentally and physically after having our babies.
When we breathe properly, we have much more energy and a balanced nervous system.
We incorporate constant, steady breathing whilst strengthening the whole body through a safe flowing Vinyasa-style practice (which the babies find naturally hypnotic and enjoyable), focusing on the pelvic floor, TVA, obliques, anterior and posterior core and always finishing with much-needed and loved relaxation.
It’s a wonderful way to meet other mothers and babies making lasting new friendships.
It is important to rest and bond with your baby until 6 weeks after birth. When you have consulted your doctor and are ready to return to practice we provide postnatal classes which are suitable for mothers with or without baby.
