Independence - Imagination - Intuition YEMAYA is a warm and welcoming space for families and individuals to get in touch with their playful, emotional, creative selves in a community-focused environment. Giving attention to play, our bodies, movement and rhythm, we offer baby & child music sessions, proud pregnancy series and peer support to parents and parents-to-be. The Goddess Yemaya, Mother to All, is said to help in matters of self-love, fertility, emotional wounds, trauma and healing work. Inspired by this powerful, nurturing Goddess of the Ocean, and by my beautiful daughter Maya, who happens to adore being in the water, YEMAYA hopes to invoke that same gentle yet fierce energy within us.​

About OCEANS for Steady and Ready Bodies

 Our Oceans for Steady an Ready Bodies Sessions are suitable for children aged 18 months - 4 years.

Jumping (literally) into a new chapter of childhood where us grown-ups can really see the depth and wonder within these little beings, our OCEANS sessions are an opportunity to challenge those magnificent brains and bodies with their innate musicality, expression and artistic nature.

We continue with familiar songs and activities but with more autonomy for the child, as they deepen their self-awareness and confidence. We use physical art, singing, playing, moving, complex language, body percussion and more!
