Independence - Imagination - Intuition
YEMAYA is a warm and welcoming space for families and individuals to get in touch with their playful, emotional, creative selves in a community-focused environment.
Giving attention to play, our bodies, movement and rhythm, we offer baby & child music sessions, proud pregnancy series and peer support to parents and parents-to-be.
The Goddess Yemaya, Mother to All, is said to help in matters of self-love, fertility, emotional wounds, trauma and healing work.
Inspired by this powerful, nurturing Goddess of the Ocean, and by my beautiful daughter Maya, who happens to adore being in the water, YEMAYA hopes to invoke that same gentle yet fierce energy within us.

About RIVERS for Adventurous Bodies (6-18m)
Our Rivers Adventurous Bodies session is suitable for children aged 6-18 months.They are so much more capable than we give them credit for so these sessions allow your fearless little flowing RIVERS the space to explore on their own terms, encouraging their growing independence, giving them motivation to move.
Though continuing with familiar themes and activities, our RIVERS sessions become more interactive and, in alignment with our child-led approach, open up new realms of self-expression and exploration.
In the YEMAYA community, sitting still and on laps is not a must so, if they want, let them roam! Let the RIVERS run free.
