Catchy sounds and up beat tunes for making Monkey Music! TIME TO SING Music and language have many things in common and Monkey’s action songs have been especially written to support your child's early language development. Colourful props aid visual memory while repeated actions reinforce a feel for the ‘steady beat’. TIME TO MOVE Moving and dancing freely around the room with Monkey encourages your child to express the music that they hear with their whole bodies. Exercising to music forms and strengthens neural bridges that are necessary for later learning. TIME TO PLAY The Monkey Music Band offers your child the opportunity to practise fine motor skills using hand held percussion instruments. Band members need a certain amount of self awareness and self discipline which comes with regular band practice! TIME TO SLEEP Toddlers need active time for exercise and quieter times for calmer activities. Listening is a critical life skill which we nurture with relaxing and soothing music to conclude each Monkey Music class experience. Our Monkey Music Heigh-Ho classes are stage two for toddlers from 12 months.

Junior Kickers builds on the foundation skills and football basics learnt in Little Kicks and is suitable for children aged 2.5yrs - 3.5yrs old. Using a familiar structure, children are challenged both physically and mentally. Disguised Learning Through Play: Play and games are at the heart of everything we do. Our games cleverly disguise the learning aspect so the children just think they are playing. The more the children enjoy the games, the more they participate. This enjoyment leads to greater confidence, which in turn leads to self-initiated participation and independent play. Key Features: - Children are encouraged to play independently of the parent/guardian - 45-minute class - Weekly classes - Two coaches for up to 18 children (max) - Each new starter receives a football kit - 4 unique badges to collect across the Junior Kickers programme For those children who started in Little Kicks, independent participation is encouraged. If your child has just joined us you may need to stay close by for a few weeks, but the ultimate goal is for children to be able to participate on their own. The format remains learning through play and because children are allowed to work to their own ability, it is suitable for complete beginners. Classes are £41 per month and run on a rolling monthly billing cycle (*plus a one-off registration fee which includes your child’s shirt and shorts of £25.00).

Little Kicks is the perfect introduction to the fun world of Little Kickers. Children are introduced to the basics of football (dribbling, striking, goal scoring etc.) in a play-oriented yet structured format, using child-friendly but realistic football equipment. Each child is given the opportunity to work within their ability level but taught in a group environment. Classes also provide a fantastic opportunity for you to assist in your child’s early education, helping them develop physically as well as improving cognitive and social skills. The main focus of Little Kicks is what we call ‘learning to learn’. Our coaches are taught specific techniques that enable children to get the most out of our classes. We believe that play is one of the greatest development tools and when combined with repetition and structure, ensures effective learning. Classes involve a number of games that require parents to put on their running shoes and get actively involved in the session. However, some games are specifically targeted at developing independence. These transition games mean children as young as two will be able to play independently of their parent or guardian. Our weekly classes are ideal for kids who want to learn ballet, meet new friends, and learn the importance of discipline in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our Ballet classes will also help them improve their confidence and their creativity. There will also be opportunities for children to take part in official RAD examinations as well as competitions later in the year to challenge themselves. Competitions and exams are not compulsory, and children will be entered only if they wish to & once they are ready! Fun classes are organised such as Halloween Theme, Christmas Theme classes and much more… Please note that the age is an indication only and children will be placed in the correct class according to their abilities & level of ballet. Term bookings only.

It is time to come and join the fun with other kids, learning in a safe , friendly and fun environment. At First Touch, we focus on developing and mastering the basics. Your child will learn how to: Run, laugh, smile whether it be ball kicking, chasing a target, whether it is the coach or each other. Kids will learn, develop and most importantly have fun. Our Tots Football class is suitable for children aged 3-4 years old.

A LADYBIRDS CLASS (3-4yrs) covering motor skill development. During the session trained coaches will follow the RUGGERBUGS programme ensuring that your child participates in age-appropriate activities. For children aged 3.5 years onwards the basics of Tag Rugby and core values of rugby are gently introduced with the emphasis of FUN still very much at the heart of the session. RUGGERBUGS understands the importance of learning through repetition, so the activities and equipment have been specifically designed to support this learning process and build self-esteem. Important “skills4life” are gently introduced to begin developing your child’s language, communication, listening skills and building self-esteem. The session also allows for your child to start interacting with other children of the same age. Trained coaches are on hand to explain, encourage and support with the activities. At the end of each session your Child will receive a weekly Sidney Sticker to collect and stick on their Sidney Sticker Chart. As class numbers grow the sessions will be divided into relevant age group sessions and times. As your child progress through the RUGGERBUGS “Head Start” Programme they will achieve “SIDNEY SKILL AWARDS” in line with the programme structure and criteria. These will be assessed and monitored at the end of each term and allow a smooth transition into the next class when your child is ready.
