Founded in 2019 and based in Hertfordshire, Dance With Sophie offers Ballet Bugs pre-school dance classes, children’s ballet or dance parties and sells handmade dance props!
Registered with the British Ballet Organization (BBO Dance), children can continue their dancing into my Primary class and beyond
Come and try Ballet Bugs, a class for children ages 1-6 in Hertfordshire. With a perfect combination of the joy of dancing and the technique of ballet, your child will benefit physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.

About Caterpillars, 18mths - 3yrs
Caterpillars is the perfect introduction to dancing, hopefully building a love for it early on.We work towards our first balletic movements such as galloping, twirling, being on tiptoes, jumping, etc., while also dancing with lots of props for fun, engagement and sensory education.
We also practice some early disciplines like sitting on our spot, waiting for our turn or tidying up our props after we have used them.
Classes are £5 each - You can pay for a one-off trial first before committing to a half term or term.
