Our Acro /Gymnastics class for boys and girls is an energetic class for all abilities and ages. Students will learn to stretch and warm up safely, following on to sitting pike, sitting straddles, forward rolls. They will then progress further into handstands, Cartwheels, Bridges, Kick Overs & More Acro / Gymnastics is more than just a fun way for children to burn off some energy. It helps children to improve their coordination, learn more about their body and create muscle tone. All our classes are structured according to your child’s ability and age.
