Each session includes guided relaxation, baby massage with songs and rhymes, discussion time on topics such as communicating with your baby, mental wellbeing and coping with crying. The atmosphere is supportive and inclusive, encouraging carers to feed, change or comfort their baby without leaving the class. Course facilitated by Sarah Allen, local parent of 3 and experienced NCT - trained practitioner. Courses are non refundable once booked so please ensure you can attend all sessions.
