Postnatal Pilates is a low impact class that combines Pilates and Yoga to work the whole body. Small and precise movements are what this class is about. Vicky is a Pilates teacher of 11 years but prior to this she trained as a dancer in London. She has also been teaching her own barre classes for 7 years.
