Make a Change! Summer Wardrobe Workshop

A week of sustainable positive impact for your 7 -11 year old with a fashion show for parents and nannies on Friday afternoon! Two Days: £160 Join Naomi and friends for a week of sustainable fashion activities as you gain skills to make something responsible for your summer wardrobe as a junior fashion designer. The children’s days will be split up into different fashion activities either side of a lunchtime picnic in St Luke’s Gardens. (Bring packed lunches and if it rains we'll have a picnic indoors!) Sample day: 9am Let's get to know each other 9.20am Sustainable fashion games 9.50am Get creative; research & learn about mood boards for your very own eco collection 10.30am Breaktime 10.45am Continue creating your moodboard 12pm Lunchtime/ Let's have a park picnic! 1pm Design session, what will your creation be? 2pm Learn how to drape ex designer fabrics on a mannequin stand 2.50pm Breaktime/Bonding session 3.30pm - What is a pattern? Simple intro to basic pattern cutting 4pm Home time!
