About

Our Sustainable Summer Wardrobe Workshop is suitable for children aged 7-11 years old. Choose from our selection of ex-LFW fabrics, from woven to floral prints to create your own outfit ready for the Summer weather. You'll be able to choose from our specialist pattern made for young fashionistas such as yourself. Everyone will leave with a truly unique garment, made by their own hands, to wear during the changing season. This is a beginner-friendly workshop, no prior use of a sewing machine is necessary. You will have a sewing induction at the beginning of the course. Garment examples: Dress Dungarees Sweatshirt Joggers Blouse and skirt Bomber Jacket & many more Skills learned (could include): Drawing Communication Planning Fabric knowledge Pinning, measuring and cutting Accuracy Machine and hand sewing Specialist sewing skills Appliqué Patchwork Fastening insertion
