A fun beginners class for children aged 6-12 Year Olds. This is a playful, fun based class teaching the fundamentals. Challenging gymnastics skills are introduced, reviewed and mastered to build body strength, agility, coordination and confidence. During this class your child will learn the following skills: Tumbling: - Backwards rolls down an incline - Handstands and handstand forward rolls - Cartwheels and one handed cartwheels - Front and back handsprings with support - Vaulting, straddle, squats and beginner handspring vaults Beam: - Mount variations - Balances and travels along the beam - Cartwheel dismounts Bar: - Cast off dismount - Re-grip swings - Pull over variations Please contact The Little Gym for a full price list.
