About Aerials (Advanced), Windsor
This class is for enthusiastic children who love to be challenged.Instruction incorporates detailed skill building drills that teach specialised body positions and movement patterns to learn more advanced gymnastic skills.
During this programme your child will focus on the following skills:
Tumbling:
- Backward extension roll
- Back handspring
- Round off, back handspring
- Backwards walk over
- Straddle up to handstand
- Handstand 180 degree pirouette
Beam:
- Jump to balance mount from a spring board
- Cartwheel on high beam
- Cartwheel to side handstand dismount
Bar:
- Baby Giant on high bar
- Front hip circle
- Fly away dismount
A fun advanced class for children aged 6-12 Year Olds.
