This May half term, join us at London Zoo for Feeding Time at the Zoo – where learning about animals’ favourite foods is just the start of the fun!

With interactive foodie games and stories, a series of pop up animal themed kitchens to explore and a teddy bears picnic to join, tuck into this scrumptious celebration of all things edible.

Perfect for family groups and visitors of all ages!


What’s Cooking at Feeding Time at the Zoo?

Did you know… some animals are super picky eaters, while others will munch on almost anything? Our pop up kitchen tents are bursting with fun facts and tasty surprises:

Herbivore Kitchen – Leafy greens, juicy fruits… find out which animals are veggie lovers!

Carnivore Kitchen – Meat on the menu! Discover how predators dine in the wild.

Insectivore Kitchen – Bug bites, anyone? Uncover the curious world of insect-eaters!

Plus, get quizzy with it! Test your animal knowledge with our Kitchen Quiz and stand a chance to win exciting prizes.

There will also be a BBQ chalet on the Main Lawn, where you can sizzle your way through a spread of delicious bites, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options for everyone.
